Our Factory
The factory is currently located at Factory Building 4, No. 882 Jujin Road, Zhangpu Town, Kunshan City, with a full relocation scheduled for completion by May 2026. The original facility at No. 1000 Huayuan Road had a building area of 1,266 square meters and an approved annual processing capacity of 200 tons. The new facility offers expanded space, accommodating the integrated needs of mold material R&D and production.
The factory is equipped with automated auxiliary processing equipment and proprietary industrial control software for steel handling and rotational positioning, enabling intelligent production line management. Regarding environmental protection, domestic wastewater is connected to the municipal network, while exhaust gases, noise, and solid waste are treated in strict accordance with national standards; there is no discharge of industrial wastewater, and the facility operates in compliance with environmental regulations. Business operations serve local mold manufacturers in the Yangtze River Delta, with ongoing expansion into export markets.
