If you manufacture hardware cold stamping dies or shear blades, this material can help extend tool service life. We support customized orders based on your technical drawings. You can specify size and hardness requirements according to your application needs. The conventional quenching temperature ranges from 1000°C to 1040°C. The tempering temperature ranges from 200°C to 230°C. After quenching and tempering, the hardness reaches 58 to 62HRC.
Our heat treatment equipment includes a self-developed rapid cooling device and industrial control software. These systems intelligently manage the heat treatment process. They help reduce deformation and improve the consistency of material performance. Before shipment, we re-check key indicators. We can provide material test reports upon request.
