P20 Mould Steel is one of our main pre-hardened plastic mold steel grades.
This material contains about 0.3% carbon, about 1.7% chromium, and about 0.4% molybdenum.
The delivery hardness is pre-hardened to 28 to 32HRC. No additional heat treatment is required, so customers can machine it directly.
We inspect every batch after raw material arrival. We also test hardness to confirm stable material conditions before processing.
Suitable for Household Appliance and Toy Molds
P20 Mould Steel is suitable for ordinary household appliance shells, toy molds, low-requirement plastic housings, and mold base inserts.
If you need an economical plastic mold material for standard applications, this grade provides a practical choice.
We accept custom sizes based on technical drawings. We provide precision plate and flat plate processing.
Our factory has automatic metal saws and precision grinders. We handle cutting and grinding processes according to customer requirements.
This material provides good polishing performance and allows easy welding and repair.
Flexible Ordering and Payment Terms
We do not require a minimum order quantity. We accept small trial orders.
Pricing depends on order weight and product specifications.
We allow mixed loading of different grades and sizes in one shipment. Cutting and logistics costs are adjusted according to the order details.
For standard stocked items, payment is 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.
Custom products require 50% deposit and 50% balance before shipment.
We mainly accept USD payments.
