This material contains about 0.33% carbon, about 1.9% chromium, about 1.0% nickel, and about 0.4% molybdenum.
The delivery hardness is pre-hardened to 33 to 38HRC. Nickel improves the uniformity of the steel structure. This gives the material excellent polishing performance and stable surface quality.
The etched texture is clear and remains consistent after processing. The steel also provides good toughness and strong resistance to deformation.
