Steel Safe Injection Molding is a high-purity stainless mold steel that we process for precision applications.
This material contains about 13% chromium. It provides extremely high purity and excellent corrosion resistance.
After polishing, the mold surface remains smooth with reduced risk of pitting. The steel performs well against acid and alkali corrosion.
Its polishing performance and service life are significantly better than ordinary S136. It also provides good nitriding performance for surface strengthening.
Before shipment, we check hardness and surface appearance for every batch. These inspections help maintain consistent material quality.
