H11 Die Steel is a hot work mold steel grade that we process regularly. This material contains about 0.35% carbon, about 5.0% chromium, about 1.4% molybdenum, and about 0.4% vanadium.
It provides better toughness than conventional H13 steel. It has good impact resistance and moderate thermal fatigue resistance. It also offers good weldability and repairability.
During processing, we use a spectrometer to analyze chemical composition. We use hardness testers to check hardness for every batch. This helps maintain stable product quality.
Suitable for Impact-Type Hot Forging and Aluminum Stamping
H11 Die Steel is suitable for impact-type hot forging dies, aluminum alloy hot stamping dies, and high-temperature forming molds for aerospace applications.
If you need high-toughness hot work tool steel, this material provides reliable impact resistance.
For heat treatment, we recommend quenching at 1010°C. The tempering temperature is 540°C to 600°C.
Hardness reaches 45 to 50HRC after heat treatment.
We accept custom sizes based on technical drawings. We provide sawing, milling, grinding, and heat treatment services.

For standard stocked items, payment is 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.
Custom products require 50% deposit and 50% balance before shipment.
