This Hot Die Steel grade is a European standard hot work steel we process. This material contains about 0.38% carbon, about 5.0% chromium, about 1.3% molybdenum, and about 0.9% vanadium.
It is manufactured according to European standards with high material purity. It has a uniform microstructure and stable performance. Its polishability is better than that of conventional domestic H13 steel.
It provides excellent resistance to thermal cracking and long service life.
We re-check key indicators before every batch leaves our factory. We can provide material test reports upon request.
Suitable for Premium Aluminum Die Casting and Hot Forging
This Hot Die Steel is suitable for high-performance aluminum alloy die casting dies, automotive part hot forging dies, extrusion containers, and precision hot forming molds.
If you need high-performance hot work mold material, this steel is a reliable choice.
For heat treatment, we recommend quenching at 1030°C. The tempering temperature is 580°C to 630°C. Hardness after tempering reaches 46 to 52HRC.
We support custom orders. We provide precision plate and flat plate processing.
Our production line includes a self-developed rapid cooling heat treatment device. We precisely control the heat treatment process.
