Key Performance Advantages
Excellent High-Temperature Strength and Toughness: Maintains stable mechanical properties at operating temperatures of 400–700°C; withstands significant impact forces and high-frequency impact loads without easily cracking or deforming.

Outstanding Wear Resistance: Resists friction and wear from the workpiece, high-temperature oxidation/corrosion, and abrasion from iron oxide scale; exhibits strong resistance to adhesion (sticking).

High Thermal Stability (Red Hardness): Resists thermal softening during prolonged high-temperature exposure, preventing plastic deformation or structural collapse; certain grades maintain high hardness at 550–600°C.

Excellent Thermal Fatigue Resistance: Suited for cyclic conditions involving rapid heating and cooling; significantly reduces the risk of surface "heat checking" (network cracking), addressing a primary failure mode for hot-work dies.

High Hardenability: Ensures uniform mechanical properties across the entire cross-section, even in large dies; meets the manufacturing requirements for large-scale tooling such as hot forging dies.

Good Thermal Conductivity:Rapidly dissipates heat accumulated within the die, preventing abnormal surface temperature spikes, minimizing the temperature gradient between the die's interior and exterior, and delaying performance degradation.
