Routine Maintenance (Daily/Per Shift)
Cleaning and Maintenance: After each shift or daily production run, remove residual plastic, oil, and debris from the mold cavity, parting surfaces, and venting channels to prevent carbon buildup, corrosion, or surface scratches.
Lubrication of Moving Parts: Apply specialized high-temperature grease to moving components-such as guide pillars, ejector pins, and sliders-at least once every 12 hours; for high-frequency production, apply twice per shift.
Basic Status Check: Inspect cooling channels for leaks and check mounting bolts for looseness; verify that the low-pressure mold-clamping protection function is operating correctly.

Production Batch Maintenance (Every 30,000 Cycles)
After reaching a cumulative total of 30,000 molding cycles, perform a comprehensive disassembly and inspection of the mold. Assess wear on the cavity and core, repair minor scratches, and replace worn guide components.
For common plastic mold steels such as H13 and 2344, simultaneously inspect for surface micro-cracks and adjust cooling rates to prevent cracking caused by thermal fatigue.
